Is there a charge for the diagnostic visit?
A diagnostic fee applies to each service call and is credited toward the repair when you approve the work. You always receive a written quote before anything is repaired.
Do you service both homes and businesses?
Yes. We work with homeowners as well as restaurants, property managers, hospitality and fitness facilities. Commercial clients can set up a maintenance agreement with scheduled visits.
Which brands do you work on?

Do you offer a warranty?
Every completed repair is covered by our warranty on parts and labour. Terms are listed on your invoice.
